Object of research - processes of climate change and modeling resource and energy saving technologies of cultivating crops in irrigated agro ecosystems in the conditions of the Southern Steppe of Ukraine. The purpose of the research is to theoretically substantiate and develop measures to increase the productivity of irrigated lands in the conditions of the Southern Steppe of Ukraine taking into account natural, technological, economic, energy, environmental factors, standardization and modeling of natural and technological processes, introduction of the latest information tools and special computer programs. Methods of research - laboratory, field and statistical, comparative-computational methods, calculation. Research results - For the theory: For the first time, a comprehensive assessment of the influence of hydrothermal conditions on the productivity of various models of irrigated agroecosystems at the local and regional levels in conditions of adaptation to climate change; the effectiveness of application of macro- and microfertilizers with the establishment of normative parameters for increasing the productivity of irrigated agro-ecosystems is determined; created models of technologies of cultivation of crops adapted to local natural conditions and different level of resource support; a comparative estimation of qualitative composition of Inhuleka and Dnieper irrigation water with the use of cluster analysis method was conducted; For the practice: Based on comparative analyzes, records and observations, it has been established that the developed agroecological measures to increase the productivity of irrigated lands in the conditions of the Southern Steppe of Ukraine are of practical importance and widely implemented in production. Modeling of water regime with the use of modern information tools with the establishment of parameters of evapotranspiration with the aim of scientific substantiation of irrigation regimes, rationing of the cost of irrigation water, fertilizers, pesticides and other resources can increase the yield of field crops to 20-25%, provides irrigation water savings of 15-30% , contributes to the increase of profits and improvement of agro-ameliorative state of soils. Sphere of use - agricultural enterprises of the south of Ukraine.
