Todorova V. Theoretical and methodical bases of choreographic training in technical aesthetic sports (on the material of aerobic gymnastics).

Object – the system of the training of the sportsmen in technic-aesthetic sport activities; goal – to ground theoretical and methodical principles of choreographic training of the sportsmen in the system of multi-year perfection in technic-aesthetic sport activities; methods: theoretical analyses and generalization, social methods, expert evaluation, analyses of documentary materials, pedagogic methods, mathematic statistics tools; novelty – concept of choreographic training in the system of multi-year improvement of the sportsmen’s skills in technic-aesthestic sports was substantiated; leading criterion of choreographic preparedness, which limit achievement of the high sport result, were distinguished and systemized; sportsmen’s choreographic preparedness levels in technic-aesthetic sports were characterized; results − the system of control of choreographic preparedness of the sportsmen in technic-aesthetic sport activities was developed and substantiated; efficiency of implementing principles of choreographic training concept in the system of multi-year perfection of the sportsmen’s skills in technic-aesthestic kinds of sport (by sport aerobics materials) was experimentally proved; specialization − physical education and sport.
