Object ‒ process of innovative management of the development of enterprises of the hotel and restaurant industry; the aim ‒ is the development and scientific substantiation of theoretical and methodological provision, of practical recommendations concerning the formation of the methodology of innovative management of the development of enterprises of the hotel and restaurant industry in terms of changes in the external environment, caused by the transformation processes of the economy of Ukraine; methods ‒ general scientific and specific;; results – the theoretical generalization and new solution of scientific problems, that is grounding the theoretical and methodological postulates the formation of innovative management of the development of enterprises of the hotel and restaurant industry and development practical recommendations for definition and disclosure issues of conceptual and theoretical and methodological approaches to the formation of a comprehensive toolkit for implementation of the proposed directions and types of innovative management of the development of enterprises of the hotel and restaurant industry; novelty – developed and scientifically grounded theoretical basis of theoretical bases of interdependent evolutionary regulators of the process of formation of innovative management of enterprises development; substantiation of theoretical and methodological bases of the formation and implementation of innovative management of development of enterprises; developed an integrated mechanism of innovative management of the development of enterprises of the hotel and restaurant industry; developed the conceptual foundations of innovative management of the development of enterprises of the hotel and restaurant industry (economic systems); developed the scientific and methodological approach to the generation of the adjective decisions of innovative management of the development of enterprises of hotel and restaurant economy on the basis of modern innovation model-information complex and methods of simulation modeling; theoretical and methodological approach to the evaluation of the level of innovation management of the development of enterprises of the hotel and restaurant industry; scientific and practical approach to the development and implementation of innovative management of development of enterprises; categorical of basis the process of innovation management of enterprises; the active-adaptation system of strategies of innovative management of the development of enterprises of the hotel and restaurant industry; the systematization of methods of innovation management of enterprises; an innovative model of integrated systems according to the development of enterprises of hotel and restaurant business from the socio-economic standard of living of the population; scientific and practical approach to the introduction of innovative methods of management of development of enterprises of hotel and restaurant business on the basis of their systematization; a comprehensive scientific and practical approach to the assessment of the degree of influence and neutralization of the risks of innovative management of the development of enterprises of hotel and restaurant business; scientific and practical approach to the formation of the concept of marketing mix 11P; the results are applied in production and the learning process.
