The professiogram, which provides a general description of the professional activities of specialists in the social sphere, competent in resolving professional conflicts, combining theoretical and procedural-activity competence, encompasses a list of professional competences, is based on personal and professional qualities, professional and personal characteristics. The concept of forming the readiness of future specialists of the social sphere for resolving conflicts on the basis of continuity, degree and integration of professional training is offered. The concept is based on theoretical, methodological and technological concepts and aims at improving of the professional knowledge, skills and personal and professional qualities of students, has a goal, tasks, main characteristics, the main point of reference is professional and personal development and self-development of future specialists in the social sphere in solving conflicts.
The components (motivational, cognitive, connative, personal), criteria (motivational-value, theoretical-content, practical-oriented, reflective-personal) are determined, and the spectrum of indicators of the readiness of future specialists of the social sphere to resolve conflicts are defined by low, satisfactory, sufficient and high levels.
It is substantiated, developed and experimentally tested the system of professional training of future specialists of the social sphere to resolve conflicts in professional activity, which is presented in the form of mutually determined properties (information, purposefulness, integrity, functionality, equivalence, structural, hierarchy, emergence, integrability, synergism, openness, balance, stability, reliability, dynamism), signs (engagement, integrability, latitude, conceptuality, intensity), functions (educational, epistemological, design, reflexive).
The system has a block structure and includes: 1) the target (purpose, task, conceptual basis (continuity, degree, integration) and stages of professional training (basic, main, creative)); 2) content (content characteristic of the conflict, professiogram, principles (general scientific and specific) and approaches (systemic, problem, praxeological, anthropological, communicative, competence, acmeological, environmental, cultural, personally oriented)); 3) organizational (organizational and pedagogical conditions of vocational training, educational disciplines (conflict orientation, professional and practical training), practice, independent, individual and scientific work); 4) practical (pedagogical technologies, traditional and innovative forms, methods and techniques); 5) productive (components, criteria, levels and result) blocks. The study presents a graphical model of the system.
A significant impact on vocational training of future specialists of the social sphere to the resolution of conflicts in professional activity have organizational and pedagogical conditions. The training of future specialists in the social sphere is substantiated and implemented a range of organizational and professional conditions, such as: the formation of a motivational basis of readiness through the introduction of personally oriented learning; systematization of theoretical knowledge by means of information and communication technologies; the development of practical skills and skills based on problem-based learning and the solution of professional situations and tasks of conflict-related content; improvement of personality and professional qualities through the introduction of training technology.
In the process of scientific research, a complex of teaching and methodological support for the formation of readiness to resolve conflicts among future specialists in the social sphere is proposed based on the choice of pedagogical technologies (person-oriented, interactive, project, multimedia, training technology, technology of problem education), the definition of practical mechanisms of the implementation of organizational and pedagogical conditions, through the selection of effective forms and methods of vocational training.
