In dissertation work on the basis of analysis of achievements of predecessors, wide spring material part of that is first inculcated to the scientific appeal, the scientific problem of recreation of history of becoming and development of scientifically-organizational bases of organic agriculture is decided in Ukraine in the second half of ХХ – at the beginning ХХІ of centuries. The historical features of becoming and development of scientific thought are certain about organic measures, efficiency of development and introduction of the system of defence of soil agriculture, range of problems of the use of defence of soil technologies in the conditions of intensification. The contribution of higher educational establishments, research establishments, branch research collectives and individuals is exposed to development of innovative technologies in organic agriculture of Steppe, Forest-Steppe and Polesye of Ukraine. Essence and place of organic agriculture are certain in the modern socio-economic system. A dynamics over of development of economic potential is brought from the production of organic goods, efficiency of input of the system of organic agriculture in the Private enterprise «Agroecology». Development of government control of conduct of organic agriculture, value of organic motion and his role are reasonable in provided necessities of producers and consumers. Progress of world and national market of organic products trends are certain on the basis of maintenance of organic production from the side of the state and providing of necessary infrastructure.
