Essay

The thesis is devoted to the complex research of the EU judicial system and interpretative practice of the Court of Justice of the European Union in the paradigm of the EU supranational institutional and legal systems. It is concluded that the EU procedural law is aimed to optimize the procedural forms of legal proceedings, and the procedural peculiarities of each type of proceedings in the Court of Justice of the European Union are directed at the realization of the right to an effective remedy and to a fair trial. The author argues that the interpretative practice of the Court of Justice of the European Union has significantly contributed to the constitutionalization of the EU law, as well as to the strengthening of the legal status of private persons in the EU. Attention is paid to the peculiarities of the judicial control in certain priority spheres of the EU competence.
