The concept of innovation-psychological climate is described and scientifically substantiated as the methodological basis of the content of innovative educational activity of experimental schools, gymnasiums, lyceums. A model for the emergence of polymotyping and ensuring the psychological and pedagogical conditions of its course is developed.
