Kasapohlu S. Realization of the standards of criminal procedural law

The dissertation is the first comprehensive monographic research in the science of the criminal process, in which the modern concept of the realization of the standards of criminal procedural law was developed on the basis of the provisions of the theory of criminal process, the generalization of lawyers, investigators, prosecutors and court practice. The signs of the realization of the standards of criminal procedural law were identified: realization of norms is the activity of all subjects of the criminal process for the realization of the norms addressed to them; all processes of the realization of certain norms and other structural elements of criminal procedural law are interrelated between the beginning of the criminal proceedings and its completion; the structural elements of the activities of various entities that realize the rules of criminal procedural law are different in scope; each of the subjects, regardless of which classification group – the subjects conducting the criminal proceedings, or the subjects who are interested in its results – has the opportunity to carry out a certain «autonomous» activity on the realization of the standards of criminal procedural law, as well as influence the same activities of entities that represent the public interest.
