Essay

The thesis deals with the professional training problems of future psychologists in the responsive-rescue service. Based on the multilevel methodology of research (scientific approaches – praxeological, systemic, personal-activity, extreme psychology and professional-extreme preparation) the essence of the "professional training of future psychologists for responsive-rescue service" concept and its structure as a unity of activity-operational, personality-motivational and content-informational criteria have been showed. The structural-functional model of professional training of future psychologists in responsive-rescue service was developed and its operationalization was made. The acmeogram of the responsive-rescue service psychologist is developed and the key factors of his work are outlined. Personal factors which influence professional training were analyzed, identified, substantiated and tested. It is proved that the use of the author’s model promote the personal and professional development of students, developed the professionally-extreme activity skills.
