Lytvynenko Y. Regulation of the position of qualified athletes in different conditions of the static-dynamic stability of the body

The problem of control of movements in sports in different conditions of static-dynamic stability as an important component of technical preparation is considered in the thesis. The dynamics of the evolution of the structure of motor actions in the complex coordination sports is shown, for which the rapid growth of complexity of competitive programs is characterized; the actual issues of the neurodynamic organization of motor behavior, the bases of movement control in the process of regulation of the posture of the body are revealed; the existing notions about the static-dynamic stability of the body as a factor in improving the efficiency of motor activities of an athlete are generalized. It is developed the algorithms of programming of structural components of the practical methodology of polydisciplinary formation of effective knowledge, motor skills and abilities, development and improvement of posture regulation at the static-dynamic stability of athletes under the conditions of the water-air environment, moving support and interaction of bodies containing: modern theoretical-practical and biomechanical-didactic material, complexes of training programs, methodical recommendations, as well as technologies for the formation of motor skills and driving skills; the elements of regulation, control and correction in the process of technical preparation. The effectiveness of the proposed approach is proved by the results of a pedagogical experiment (for example, the conditions of the water-air environment) in athletes of 11-12 years old of the experimental group who specialize in artistic swimming.
