Zhylenko K. Global paradigm of transnationalization of business activities

The theoretical discourse of the researching of transnationalization processes of business activities have been solved; historical and ontological approaches as for the formation of transnationalization concepts have been generalized; conceptual-categorical identification of economic transnationalization has been realized, and the global determinants of transnationalization of business have been investigated in the dissertation. Considerable attention is paid to the research of the methodology of system analysis of transnational business activities through the prism of the evolution of its organizational forms, global dominants development and modern mechanisms of transnational monopolization of capital and production.The essence and directions of realization of polycentric investment strategies by transnational corporations as the main mechanism of obtaining the established competitive advantages in global markets, increase of market power and obtaining monopoly high profits are revealed. A systematic description of the latest trends in the innovation activities of TNCs’ are given in the dissertation. The structural-institutional transformations of the world economic system under the influence of transnationalization of business activity are researched in detail, the main directions of the development of methods and instruments of TNCs’ regulation are analyzed, the operating systems of corporate social responsibility of the business in the concept of sustainable development are described.
