Ostapiak V. Strategic partnership of international actors: conceptual and applied dimensions.

The dissertation is devoted to the study of theoretical and applied problems of strategic partnership as a component of international political activity of international actors. The evolution of the formation of strategic partnership in the foreign policy of Ukraine is analyzed. The work is based on a generalization of theoretical approaches to the essence of the strategic partnership, which allowed to make reasoned conclusions about its effectiveness as an instrument of foreign policy. In general, it was found that a strategic partnership can have a constructive and destructive impact on international cooperation. The practice of realization of strategic partnership of Ukraine through the elucidation of the essence of foreign policy, economic, energy, military and cultural dimensions of interaction with various international actors is revealed.
