The content of the main provisions of the subject-contextual concept of professional responsibility, which is the result of the analysis and generalization of the views of domestic and foreign scientists on the problem of responsibility and the author's understanding of the essence of professional responsibility for the review of the subject, object, subject and context, is disclosed in the paper. ; the theoretical model of professional responsibility and typology of professional responsibility of the personality are substantiated; The link between professional responsibility and personal and situational determinants is highlighted; It is presented the psychological analysis of safety, risks and personal resources in the professional life relevant to the content of responsibility. The general strategy and methods of professional responsibility are developed. A description of the stages is presented: justification of the problem, handling and the development of research tools, the implementation of empirical research, which aims at identifying of the professional responsibility of the person. In determining the overall research strategy, an adequate sample was identified that corresponds to its goals and objectives and describes the base of empirical research. In our study, we applied methods of mathematical statistics: frequency, factor, cluster, Fischer criterion, Student T criterion, N Kruskal-Wallis criterion. Statistical data processing was carried out using the SPSS 20.0 Windows computer program. A differential analysis of the types of activities and specialist occupations is carried out; characteristics of indicators of professional responsibility of the person for each of psychodiagnostic tests are summarized; the structure and typological features of professional responsibility of the person are empirically investigated; the age and gender differences of professional responsibility are determined; Differences in professional responsibility on the level of risk, occupational dangers and status-role position in the workplace are revealed. The results of the empirical study of the components of professional responsibility of the individual are collected and analyzed. On the basis of factor analysis of data empirically confirmed the structure of the conceptual positions of professional responsibility of the individual and their indicators. In our study, the structure of professional responsibility is divided into external and internal. It is shown that by their weight, the components of the external structure include: "cognitive", "behavioral-productive" and "emotional" are practically equal, with a certain predominance of the indicator of "cognitive component". These data, in general, can reasonably confirm the proposed model of psychological components of professional responsibility, which contains three separate components. At the expense of factor analysis of data, we have identified the internal structure of professional responsibility of the individual, which includes four main factors: the instance of responsibility, the object, the subject and time component. Thus, based on the use of twenty-four indicators describing the psychological components of professional responsibility, there were two types of professional responsibility that differed according to these indicators. It should be noted that the verification of the distribution of the results obtained by normalization and showed t this distribution of the studied in groups, it corresponds to the normal distribution, that is more and less common types of professional liability. This is another proof that indicators describing the psychological components of professional responsibility, can reveal typological features that reflect the range of professional responsibility. Obtained and analyzed complexes of investigated indicators or observable taxonomies or classifications (typologies) make it possible to assert the existence of two types of professional responsibility: safe and risky, and indicate the legality of such a distribution. The age and gender differences of professional responsibility are determined; Differences in professional responsibility on the level of risk, occupational dangers and status positions in the workplace have been identified. The dissertation is devoted to the development of professional psychological training for the formation of professional responsibility among students; general meanings of mean values and percentage ratio of entrance control of students in the performance of tests; the results of the input and output controls of the research results are presented. According to the incoming psychodiagnostic data, low indicators of the formation of professional responsibility and average indicators after the training were revealed; The peculiarities of educational success, cognitive and intellectual spheres of students with different types of professional responsibility are revealed.
