Dissertation work is devoted to rising of efficiency of treatment of genital endometriosis in combination with hypothyrosis and to depression of frequency of recurrence on the basis of improvement and introduction of algorithm of diagnostic, treatment-and-prophylactic and rehabilitational actions with use of modern endoscopic technologies and medicamental correction. New aspects of pathogenesis of genital endometriosis in combination with hypothyrosis which are in influence of hyperproduction of thyritropic hormone on decrease of level of follicle-stimulating hormone and rising of the maintenance of Prolactinum that leads to depression of estrogenproduction function of ovaries are presented. Oppression cellular and activation of humoral immunity, an imbalance of the cytokines status and the expressed changes of autoimmune processes is established. Scientific justification of opportunity and efficiency of use of different types of hormonal correction after expeditious treatment of genital endometriosis at women with hypothyrosis on the basis of studying of correlation interrelations between frequency with recurrence terms, and also options of hormonal correction is presented. The obtained data allow to prove scientifically need of development of new persinification algorithm of treatment-and-prophylactic and rehabilitational actions for depression of frequency of recurrence of genital endometriosis in combination with hypothyrosis after use of modern endoscopic technologies. In the analysis of option medicamentally correction and duration of antirecurrence current of genital endometriosis it is established that thanks to hormonal antirecurrent therapy by preparations a-GnRG, courses till 6 months, duration of remission is significantly enlarged by 30,8% in comparison with other options.
