Chukhraieva H. The theory and practice of psychological support for operative-search activity of the National police of Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to research of psychological support of operative - search activity. The avtor developed the concept of psychological support operatively-search activity of the police on the scientific and theoretical positions of psychology with all its components: theoretical and methodological substation of this aspect, empirical research, the main compontnts of the stages of professional orientation, professional psychological and psycho- psychological selection, psychological support, effectiveness and efficiency. A system-poliarchic model of the psychological support system for police operative search activity has been developed and proposed, which reveals the psychological support concept and gives its general idea. A comprehensive-targeted program of psychological support for the operationalsearch activities of the National Police of Ukraine has been developed, which makes it possible to integrate and systematize its components, which allows to improve its functioning. The analysis of the existing psychological support of the national Police of Ukraine allowed to identify the gaps of its organization and propose ways of their elimination in the form of creation and practical realization of a new complex and target program Psychological support for workers of the National Police of Ukraine. This system is a multi-component dynamic process and systemic psychological phenomenon, which has conceptual, procedural and organizational-methodical features. The development of gnosological, psychological, humanistic aspects of the formation of professional activities of the National Police of Ukraine, characterized by difficult socio-economic situation in the country, which requires fundamentally New approaches to solving the problems of employees of the National Police of Ukraine to protect the interests of citizens and society as a whole. The role and influence of psychological features of the police officer with operative-investigative function of activity in realization of professional activity is proved. Empirically investigated professionally important psychological gualities are necessary for the successful professional activities of police officers and their classification has been performed. The concept for the development of a system of psychological support for police workers on the basis of the developed concept of psychological support in educational institutions was proposed for the first time. The importance of the principles of conceptual psychological supportfor the operational and search activities of the police to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of their work is proved.
