Object of study: state management of joint actions by security forces in responding to crisis situations.Purpose: development of the theoretical and methodological foundations of state management of logistics ensuring the joint actions of security forces in responding to crisis situations that threaten the state security of Ukraine. Methods: analysis of theoretical and methodological developments of scientists and the regulatory framework, classification, comparative retrospective analysis and abstraction, situational and scenario methods, methods of the theory of modeling of organizational structures, methods of taxonomy of the theory of modeling of multidimensional processes; methods of military economic analysis; systems analysis methods; expert assessment and analysis of hierarchies. The results are in-depth and substantiated new theoretical provisions and conceptual approaches aimed at the formation of a holistic methodology for public administration of the logistics of the joint actions of security forces in responding to crisis situations. Novelty: the concept of state management of logistics support for the joint actions of security forces in responding to crisis situations that threaten state security has been developed; a methodology for studying the problems of public administration with the logistics of joint actions of security forces in responding to crisis situations has been formed; developed and substantiated methodological approaches to assessing the performance of government bodies with logistical support for the joint actions of security forces based on military-economic analysis methods. The system of state management of the overall actions of the security forces in response to crisis situations that threaten state security has been improved; organization of a logistics management system for joint actions of security forces in response to crisis situations; a methodology for substantiating management decisions on the logistics of security forces in response to crisis situations. Received further development: meaningful characteristics of the concepts of "state security" as a subsystem of national security, of which internal security is a component; the conceptual and categorical apparatus of state administration for the logistics of joint actions of security forces in response to crisis situations has been developed; application of the theory of modeling organizational structures for the synthesis of government administration with the logistics of joint actions of security forces in responding to crisis situations. Introduced into the activities of the National Academy of the National Guard of Ukraine, the Military Academy (Odessa), the National Academy of the State Border Service of Ukraine, the Kharkov Regional Situational Center of the Kharkov State Regional Administration.
