Essay

The thesis is dedicated to the solution of an important scientific geometry on the drilling-milling-boring machine tools by the development and implementation of scientifically applied fundamentals for designing flexible fixtures. For the first time, a multiaxis machining processes for machine parts is theorotically substaited and proposed. This allows to provide a pretermined machining accurucy of the machined surfaces and increases the effeciency of machining parts with complex geometry on the multiaxis macine tools due to reducing the auxiliary time and preparatory time. In order to increase the efficiency of machining forks-type parts, connecting rods,level-type parts, etc. in the conditions of multiproduct manufacturing, the concept of the use of flexible fixtures for CNC machining centers was theoretically substantiated and experimentally confirmed.
