Essay

The dissertation substantiates the paradigmatic principles of the formation of the social economy, provides a comprehensive assessment of the effectiveness of the socialization of the economic model of the Scandinavian region of the world economy, and a projection on this basis of the national preventive model of socio-economic development of Ukraine. The structure of indicative measures of socio-economic development of individual national models has been analyzed. It has been found that social component is inherent in all types of economic systems. However, the very mixed economic system implies the unity and mutual determination of economic and social determinants, their functioning in close connection and interdependence, the reversal nature of the impact on the formation of concrete forms of manifestations and practical implementation, depending on the evolutionary stage of development, available resources and the definition of strategic priorities of sustainable growth. Social economy as a kind of mixed socially-oriented market economy realizes the possibility of manifestation of social effects in conditions of perfect competition - a set of social results derived from the realization of investments in the real sector of the economy, projected on the quality of the social environment. A comparative analysis of the model of social and economic policy in the European Union has been carried out. The essence and features of the Scandinavian model of sustainable socio-economic development are found out. With the help of cluster analysis, the classification of national economic models with the prism of their socialization was made, assessing both economic indicators of development and the social orientation of state economic policies and social effects derived from the implementation of specific strategies for sustainable (socio-ecological-economic) development. Based on the modeling of adaptation and implementation of the Scandinavian model of social economy, the existing preconditions and obstacles to the successful implementation of its key principles in Ukraine have been identified. In general, the social economy model is recognized as a type of market economic system that provides for the preventive nature of social policy, active human resources management, investment in human capital and the development of the social services market in order to achieve sustainable economic development.
