Gordiienko N. Boarding schools as agents of cumulation of social potential of society

For the first time in the dissertation the results of the research of functioning of educational institutions of boarding-type of Ukraine from the standpoint of the multiparadigmatic approach are presented in the dissertation. The theoretical and methodological possibilities of concepts of social resource potential and social capital as a basis for studying the activity of educational organizations are considered; the conditions of cumulation of socialization potential of society in the system of educational institutions of boarding-type are determined. On the basis of the results of complex empirical studies, the process of socialization of students in boarding school is characterized, the life plans and life trajectories, the nature of social mobility and the value orientations of the graduates of the boarding school, the peculiarities of their adaptation to the social environment are analyzed.
