Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the author 's conceptual bases in the development of the systems of banking supervision in the countries of Central and Eastern Europe. The modern banking supervision imperatives in the EU and their influence on the development of banking supervision systems in the countries of Central and Eastern Europe are revealed. Theoretical and methodological foundations of the banking supervision system are substantiated. A structural and analytical model of the development of banking supervision in the countries of Central and Eastern Europe is proposed, which establishes the relationship between the minimum capital requirements of banks and the components of capital, which has been empirically confirmed by mathematical and statistical analysis with cluster isolation, based on ROE indicators, Banking Supervision and Regulatory Markers (Basel I, Basel II). The modern world practices of banking risk management are analyzed.
