Essay

The object – the processes of development poles formation in the conditions of multiple gloсalities. The purpose – elaboration of a methodology for systematic research of world glocalization processes of territorial development and to substantiate on this basis the strategy of integration of Ukraine into the European network of development poles and axes. Methods – theoretical generalization, scientific abstraction, induction, deduction analysis, synthesis, systematization, classification, economic and mathematical modeling, historical logic, abstract-logical comparison, factoral, structural and index analysis, graphical method. Novelty – an alternative to the mainstream concept of glocalization; the methodology of empirical evaluation of glocalization processes through the system of subindices of generation, resistance and transformation of glocalization; glocalization strategy of territorial development of Ukraine; the conceptual apparatus of the glocalization strategy; the conceptual model of transformation of the transport node on the development axis into a full-fledged settlement; improved methodology for analysis of regional creativity; the apparatus of empirical study of glocalization in Ukraine; developed conceptual frameworks for implementation of the category "glocal"; scientific and theoretical approaches to the interpretation of the economic category "development pole"; scientific and methodological approaches to the development of scenarios for the use of growth pole strategies; improved typology of the development poles; scientific and theoretical approaches to the identification of synergies between the glocalization strategy and the policy of territorial cohesion; scientific and empirical approaches to the study of the mutual influence of regional creativity and agglomeration parameters in Ukraine. The findings have been implemented in the activity of the Transport Committee of Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Ternopil Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Department of International Cooperation and Fundraising of Ternopil Regional State Administration, Department of Strategic Development of Ternopil City Council, LLC “Shchedra Nyva”, in the educational process of Lodz University, Ternopil National Economic University, particularly in the frames of implementing the educational project "Innovative strategies of territorial development of Visegrad countries: experience for Ukraine” funded by the International Visegrad Fund. Scope – Committee of the Verkhovna Rada on issues of European integration; the Ministry of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine.
