Essay

Dissertation work is devoted to depression frequencies disturbances reproductive function and gestational complications at women with the combined pathology of uterus and mammary glands on the basis of studying of new aspects of pathogenesis of sterility and development of obstetric and perinatal pathology, and also improvement and introduction of algorithm of diagnostic, treatment-and-prophylactic and rehabilitational actions depending on options of the combined pathology of uterus and mammary glands. New links of pathogenesis of sterility at women with the combined pathology of uterus and mammary glands which consist in negative influence of leiomyoma of uterus and an adenomyosis on a functional condition of an ovariale reserve in the form of decrease of volume of ovaries, numbers of antral follicles, the maintenance of follicle-stimulating hormone, ingibine B and an antimyulerove hormone are established. It is shown that existence of diffuse dysplasia of mammary glands without the combined pathology of uterus doesn't influence functional condition of an ovariale reserve and can't be the main cause of sterility. At combination of diffuse dysplasia of mammary glands to leiomyoma of uterus and an adenomyosis sterility develops due to existence of the combined factors (tubal and peritoneal, endocrine, uterine and man's), secondary sterility in comparison with the primary thus prevails. The interrelation between existence of option of the combined pathology of uterus - uterus or adenomyosis leiomyomas at women with diffuse dysplasia of mammary glands from the frequency of the main gestational complications - placental dysfunction and a preeclampsia with the highest rates at women with combination of diffuse dysplasia of mammary glands and an adenomyosis is established. The received results allowed to prove scientifically need of improvement of algorithm of diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic actions at women with the combined pathology of uterus and mammary glands for the purpose of restoration of genesial function and depression of frequency of gestational complications.
