Pomaza-Ponomarenko A. The institutional system of state management of social security of the regions of Ukraine

Object of study: state management of social security of the regions. Purpose: substantiation of theoretical and methodological foundations and development of practical recommendations for the development of the institutional system of public administration of social security of the regions of Ukraine. Methods: systemic, synergetic and institutional approaches, logical generalization, factor analysis, synthesis and abstraction, theorizing, historical and structural-genetic formalization and idealization; induction, deduction, systemic and dialectical analyzes of content analysis, comparison, sampling and description; grouping, modeling and forecasting. Results: the scientific problem in the field of public administration and administration was substantiated to substantiate the theoretical and methodological foundations and the development of practical recommendations for the development of the institutional system of public administration of social security in the regions of Ukraine. Novelty: the content of the scientific problem of the institutional foundations of the state management of social security of the regions of Ukraine as a set of scientific knowledge in the field of science "Public Administration and Administration" is disclosed; the stages of domestic institutionalization of the state management of social security of the regions are determined, the periodization of which is carried out taking into account the key decisions taken in independent Ukraine in the form of normative legal acts; The concept of the development of the institutional system of public administration of social security of the regions of Ukraine is proposed; methodological approaches to assessing the performance of the institutional system of state management of social security in the regions of Ukraine have been improved; structuring of the functionalities of the institutional system of state management of social security of the regions of Ukraine; defining the social security of the regions as a scientific category of the ideal order; further developed: substantiation of the methodology of forming the institutional environment of public administration of social security of regions; assessment of the state of the modern institutional system of state management of social security of the regions of Ukraine in the context of its main components; content analysis of the legal support of the institutional system of public administration of social security of regions in Ukraine made it possible to group scientific approaches to assessing the effectiveness of implementation of such management; summarizing the experience of EU Member States in implementing institutional models of public administration of social security in the regions.
