In the course of work on the dissertation the scientific bases of complex hygienic assessment of quality of life and adaptive capacity of pupils and students in the settings of modern educational establishments of different types were developed and reasoned, the peculiarities of the quality of life of pupils and students were determined, the peculiarities of the processes of the organism's psychophysiological functions development were determined and the peculiarities of young boys' and young girls' personalities during their stay in the natural settings in the educational institutions with different types of educational process organization and generalized psychohygienic comprehensive evaluation was conducted, the correlation between the results was noted, which mark the criterion characteristics of quality of life and psychophysiological functions and personality characteristics of pupils and students of modern educational institutions of different types. Obtained results allowed us to substantiate the methodology from a scientific point of view of complex hygienic assessment of life quality and peculiarities of the course of psychophysiological and psychological adaptation of pupils and students in modern educational establishments of various types, leading stages of the applied realization of which are: calculating the severity of indicators determining criteria-based characteristics of the life quality alongside with socially and educationally meaningful psychophysiological functions and personality characteristics evaluating the data in standardized scores; calculating the value of indicators for a comprehensive assessment of the life quality and peculiarities of psychophysiological and psychological adaptation, adaptation of pupils and students; a substantial evaluation of the obtained data based on the quantitative criteria and providing rationale for individualized strategies for using means of psychophysiological influence and psychohygienic correction of the existing deviations. The program of psycho-physiological influence on the human body and psycho-hygienic correction of the processes of forming personality features as well as improving the life quality of pupils and students was developed, the main principles of which are: determining the degree of development of psychophysiological functions, personal peculiarities and characteristics of life quality of pupils and students, accounting the main tendencies of their development under specific conditions of educational process organization (stage of psychodiagnosis and hygienic assessment of the level of development of psychophysiological functions and personal characteristics), applying of isometric, respiratory and non-symmetrical gymnastics (stage of physical impact), implementation of the psychophysiological component of the program (stage of psychophysiological influence), using of psycho-hygienic component of the program ( stage of psycho-hygienic correction), in cases of application of this program the most significant shifts of a positive character were observed during the analysis of neuroticism indicators (p(t)<0.05), state (p(t)<0.001) and trait (p(t)<0.01) anxiety, asthenic (p(t)<0.01) and depressive (p(t)<0.01-0.001) conditions, irritability (p(t)<0.01), accentuations of a character according to excitable (p(t)<0.05-0.001), anxious (p(t)<0.05-0.01) and dysthymic (p(t)<0.05) types, the level of subjective control in the field of educational relations and health and illness (p(t)<0.05-0.001), as well as the quality of life indicators on the scales of Social Functioning (SF) (p(t)<0.05-0.001) and Mental Health (MH) (p(t)<0.05-0.001). It is established and proved that to the science behind of the complex hygiene life quality assessment and adaptation facilities of young pupils and students, who are under the conditions of modern educational institutions of different types, should include: (1) research of the leading characteristics of life quality of young students studying in modern educational institutions of different types; (2) carrying out an objective hygienic assessment of housing characteristics and social living conditions, day regimen, peculiarities of the adaptation processes to study and, above all, the psychosocial adaptation and the state of somatic and mental health of pupils and students who are under the conditions of modern educational establishments of different types; (3) determining the characteristics of the development processes of criteria indicators of psychophysiological adaptation of boys and girls and, above all, the characteristics of psychophysiological functions of the organism and taking into account the leading tendencies of their changes in natural and preformed conditions; (4) assessment of processes peculiarities of criteria indicators formation of the mental adaptation of boys and girls and, above all, the characteristics of the personality and taking into the account the leading tendencies of their changes in natural and preformed conditions; (5) establishing connections between the indicators that characterize the criteria characteristics of life quality and functionality of the organism, peculiarities of the course of psychophysiological and mental adaptation of young pupils and students; (6) use of the method of the complex hygienic assessment of life quality and peculiarities of psychophysiological and mental adaptation of pupils and students from different educational establishments; (7) introduction and evaluation of the effective using of health saving technologies of the preventive content, in particular, programs of psychophysiological influence on the organism, psycho hygienic correction of formation processes of personality peculiarities and improvement of pupils and students life quality.
