Essay

The study presents an analysis of the examination and surgical treatment of 220 patients, which are divided into two groups: Group I – 133 persons with atherosclerotic lesions of the aorta and main arteries, HAN IIB-IIIIA-B-IV centuries – femoral articular bed according to protocols. Group II – 87 people with atherosclerotic lesions of the aorta and main arteries, HAN IIIIA-B-IV centuries, with a high risk of development of reperfusion-reoxygenation complications; arterial bed using methods and surgery aimed at slowing the blood wave into the peripheral vascular bed. The use of a pathogenetically based system for the prevention and treatment of patients with chronic arterial insufficiency and the risk of developing reperfusion-reoxygenation syndrome has a positive effect on reducing the activity of leukocyte neutrophils, the level of the systemic inflammatory response, effective correction of the activity of pro-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory cytokines that regulate the activity of non-specific proteinases and their inhibitors, and reduces the activity prooxidant-antioxidant system by increasing copro tissue resistance to free radical oxidative processes, increases the resistance of the endothelial system to the destructive effects of oxygenated arterial blood. This makes it possible to prevent a significant violation of the functional state of the microvasculature and to provide the optimal level of oxygenation of the tissues of the lower limb.
