Asauliuk I. Theoretical and Methodological Foundations of Applied Professional Physical Training of Students of Artistic Specialties

The present study addresses and systematizes the range of questions of vocational physical training of students of artistic specialties that promote the formation of knowledge, the improvement of important professional physical characteristics, the correction of posture biogeometrical profile disorders, the formation of ergonomically efficient body postures when playing musical instruments. The research study resulted in providing a scientific rationale, development and experimental verification of the validity of the conception of applied professional physical training in the process of physical education. Checking the effectiveness of the author’s conception of the applied professional physical training of the students of the “Music Art” specialty has proved to be an important methodological component of the system of the students’ physical education and can be recommended to be further widely implemented in the educational process of educational institutions.
