The dissertation solves an important scientific problem, which is to develop and substantiate the theoretical and methodological foundations of the information component of state strategic management and build a methodology for improving the relationship between the organizational environment and society by properly interpreting and using information as a resource for effective strategic management. The genesis of the idea of the state strategic management, its essence and structure have been studied, its information component has been substantiated and the system of the advanced information support for the decision-making system by public authorities have been developed. The analytical rating system to optimize the use of the motivational network in strategic management has been developed. The motivational component of strategic management has been studied, motivations have been typologized. The principles of information support and strategic management have been described, and the concept of information support of state strategies and reforms has been proposed. The concepts of information support, information support and information support of strategic management, which is a key need of the management decisionmaking process, have been theoretically substantiated. Information support is an element of strategic management, which provides the basic structure of multi-vector information flows to inform all subjects of strategic management and its environment and is a resource for implementing the chosen strategy at a certain stage and in specific conditions. The concept of information motivation as one that provides a process of stimulation associated with meeting the information needs of the object, namely the receipt, analysis, dissemination of information, as well as leveling the information vacuum, manipulation and concealment of information about socially important events. Information motivation is primarily to meet the emotional needs of the individual, because emotions arise due to lack or excess of information that is used to meet the needs and provides a state of information abundance of participants in the strategic process. The principles of functioning of the motivational network as a tool for studying and forming public opinion as well as the principles of forming polyvector information flows for the dissemination of certain socio-political messages in its functioning, namely: the principle of self-help; matrix principle; the principle of uniformity; the principle of software; the principle of motivation; the principle of actualization of problems; the principle of mandatory information support.
