Essay

The dissertation presents solutions to the current scientific and practical problem of managing the training process of highly qualified athletes specializing in short-distance running (100 m, 200 m) in the system of preparation for the Olympics, World and European Championships by substantiating the concept of managing the training process of high-level athletes qualifications and its practical implementation at a qualitatively new level based on the general theory of training athletes in Olympic sports. The developed concept is presented as an interconnected hierarchical system with structural and functional unity of the subsystems (design, process, implementation, productive), their components and elements, each of which has its own meaningful and functional purpose and content. The technology of the complex control system based on a modified assessment of the components of functional preparedness is experimentally substantiated, which has broad generalizing value and can be used for informational and analytical support of the training process in preparation for the main competitions.
