Grabar N. The system of professional communication in the socio-communicative environment of the library sphere

The dissertation is devoted to the comprehensive disclosure of the library professional communication system in the sociocommunicative environment as the basis for the social interaction of subjects in the process of practical, scientific, educational and managerial library activities at the local, regional, national and international levels; as an activity; as a tool for the development of the library industry. The relevance of the study is due to poorly studied topics in the theoretical and methodological sense. It is proved that professional intercourse in the sociocommunicative environment of the library sphere is a special sociocultural communication technology that forms the basis of the social interaction of subjects in the process of practical, scientific, educational and managerial library activities at the local, regional, national and international levels through the use of various forms, methods, funds. The structural and socio-functional features of professional communication in the library sphere are clarified, which are characterized by universal and specific properties due to the internal library and external sociocultural situation in society.
