Myronets S. Psychology of agency of international humanitarian missions

In the dissertation for the first time in the domestic psychological science it was attempted to solve the scientific issue of particularities of forming, preparation, attestation and psychological support of agency of the joint rescue troops of the State emergency service of Ukraine which participate in the International humanitarian missions and search-and-rescue operations of relieving of the consequences of the situations of technical and natural emergency of the trans-border and international character. It was defined that the agency of the rescuers of the international humanitarian missions has its own specificity and particularities, different from the other military units and it is characterized by the complex of the situational-psychogenic and personal factors which, making increased demands to source and reserve capabilities of an organism on all levels of organization, are the predictors of the psychological and somatic consequences. According to the empirical analysis were elaborated: “structural model of the professional-psychological readiness of the rescuers to the agency of the staff of the international humanitarian missions”, “Program of the purposeful professional-psychological training of the rescuers”, “Structural-functional model of communication of the rescuers in conditions of the international humanitarian missions and the search-and-rescue operations”. For the first time was defined and justified the role and place of the psychological component in the agency of the international humanitarian missions and the search-and-rescue missions on the three levels: normative-parametric, morphological and functional; was proposed the integrative approach to the consideration of psychology of agency of the international humanitarian missions, where its methodological basis is represented by the systemic principle together with anthropocentric, scientific and cultural-historical paradigms, which allow to combine humanitarian values with quantitative-qualitative models and algorithmic technologies. Were improved: ways of optimization of legislative and normative-legal regulation of qualification “Rescuer of the higher category” (“master of the international class”) in Ukraine; the system of the professional-psychological training of a team of the heavy class of the search-and-rescue agency in the urban conditions of the inter-regional center of the rapid response of the State emergency service of Ukraine. Was elaborated the mathematical model of psychological compatibility of the candidates during formation of the joint search-and-rescue unit of the State emergency service of Ukraine for accomplishing concrete international humanitarian mission. Have obtained further development the scientific views concerning international agency of the United Nations organization.
