The monograph describes the development and implementation of a web-based methodological system for teaching computer science disciplines during the professional training of future computer science teachers and information technology specialists. The technical and organizational aspects of the use of web-based learning systems in higher education institutions are analyzed. A model of server structure of web-oriented educational and scientific environment for the use of cloud services and technologies is proposed, which can be used as one of the components of complex professional training of future computer science teachers and information technology specialists. The content management systems of sites for creation and maintenance of functioning of the web-oriented educational-scientific and educational environment in an institution of higher education are classified and described. Possibilities of neutralization of various threats to data security in web-oriented educational and scientific environment are analyzed: data protection when working with computer networks, in particular wireless, means of password identification, rules of neutralization of various manifestations of social engineering, data encryption methods and backup technologies, in particular using cloud services, using which you can achieve a fairly high degree of data security when working with web services and web resources. The stages of introduction of the web-oriented methodical system of professional training of future teachers of informatics and specialists in information technologies in the educational process of the institution of higher education are substantiated. Methodical features of using web-oriented systems of teaching computer science disciplines are considered. Examples of the use of web-based systems of teaching natural sciences and mathematics are given. The result of training, according to the proposed system, is the formed knowledge, skills and abilities of a computer science teacher and an information technology specialist on the use of content management systems in professional activities.
