Essay

Object - rats, mucous membranes of the large and small intestines, liver, blood serum, antidisbiotics, enzymes; goal - to clarify the dysbiotic mechanisms of pathogenesis of non-infectious colitis and on this basis to develop pathogenetically sound multifunctional antidisbiotic drugs for their prevention and treatment; methods - pathophysiological, biochemical, electron microscopic, statistical; results - the dysbiotic mechanisms of pathogenesis of non-infectious colitis are investigated and on this basis pathogenetically substantiated polyfunctional antidisbiotic means for their prevention and treatment are developed; confirmed the development of inflammation in the mucous membrane of the colon of rats under the conditions of modeling toxic (carbon tetrachloride and hydrazine) hepatitis; it is proved that modeling of hepatitis on the background of intestinal dysbiosis significantly increases the level of the inflammatory process in the mucous membrane of the colon; determined that the introduction of the antibiotic lincomycin dose-dependently increases the level of biochemical markers of inflammation (elastase and malonic dialdehyde) in the mucous membrane of the colon of rats. Scientific data have been supplemented that various non-infectious pathogens (indomethacin, carbon tetrachloride, lipid peroxides, hydrazine) also cause the development of typical signs of inflammation in the mucous membrane of the colon similar to the action of intestinal endotoxin (lipopolysaccharide); It has been proved that polyfunctional antidisbiotics (quertulin, lequin, lecasil and lysozyme-forte) are not inferior to synbiotics in their anti-inflammatory efficacy, and in antidisbiotic activity exceed the action of existing classical prebiotics and synbiotics. The lack of negative impact on the condition of the colon consumption of high-oleic sunflower oil, which determines the possibility of its use for the prevention of steatogenic colitis.
