Essay

The theoretical and methodological principles of professional training of prospective masters in physical culture and sport using information and communication technologies are for the first time scientifically substantiated in the dissertation. The system of professional training of prospective masters in physical culture and sport with the use of information and communication technologies has been developed and experimentally tested. It consists of the concept of professional training of prospective masters in physical culture and sport using information and communication technologies, the model of the system of prospective masters in physical culture and sport professional training with the use of information and communication technologies, and educational and methodological provision. The author interprets the concepts ‘professional training of prospective masters in physical culture and sport using information and communication technologies’, ‘readiness for professional activity of prospective masters in physical culture and sport, which is formed in higher educational institutions with the use of information and communication technologies’, ‘Masters’ in physical culture and sport professional competence, which is formed in higher educational institutions using information and communication technologies’, ‘information and communication competence of masters in physical culture and sport’ and ‘information and educational environment of higher education of prospective masters in physical culture and sport’ are revealed. The professional training of masters in physical culture and sport with the use of information and communication technologies is considered as an educational process in which software and hardware of information collection, processing and dissemination are integrated. It will allow prospective masters to effectively implement professional functions with the aim to increase people’s physical and intellectual activity, their physical improvement or achievement of higher sports results. Readiness for professional activity of prospective masters in physical culture and sport, which is formed in higher educational institutions using information and communication technologies, is considered as a complex characteristic of personality. It is proved in the mobilization of its physiological and psychological systems, intellectual, competence and motivational resources and on the applicability of the products of digital transformation of the relevant industry for the effective performance of professional duties on the basis of collaboration, activity, innovation and result-oriented. The professional competence of prospective masters in physical culture and sport, which is formed in higher educational institutions using information and communication technologies, is considered as a complex of professional and personal qualities of prospective masters. It represents their motivation and interest in physical culture and sport, ensuring individuals’ motor activity, involves mastering the knowledge of pedagogical, coaching activities, practical experience in improving the health of various segments of the population and involving them in physical exercises. The information and communication competence of masters in physical culture and sport is considered as a dynamic construct based on acquired theoretical knowledge, practical skills, ability to master new information technologies, free orientation in the information space and provides effective implementation of professional tasks in science, professional development and self-realization. The information and educational environment of higher education of prospective masters in physical culture and sport is considered as an information flow of educational orientation, where specific information of sports and pedagogical nature circulates. The producers and consumers of it are subjects of the system of professional training of prospective masters in physical culture and sport, by means of network, remote and cloud technologies for the purpose of the fullest possible realization by the prospective master of personal potential and a choice of an individual educational trajectory. The algorithm of functioning the information and educational environment of higher education of prospective masters in physical culture and sport is represented.
