The dissertation solves an urgent problem of the health care system of Ukraine - formation of medical care for patients with socially significant infectious diseases, which lead to severe consequences for health of population and the country's economy. The paper proposes a solution of the problem by means of medical and social justification, development and implementation of conceptual functional and organizational model of system for providing medical care to patients with socially significant infectious diseases.
