Hrafska O. The potential of the development of the tourism and recreational sphere in territorial communities’ economy

Object of research: processes of development of tourist and recreational sphere as a component of economy of territorial communities. Purpose: substantiation of theoretical and methodological principles and improvement of organizational and economic tools for the development of tourism and recreation in the economy of territorial communities of Ukraine in today's challenges. Methods: logical generalization, analysis, comparison and synthesis, structural, factor, correlation analysis, decomposition, strategic analysis, graphical and matrix. Novelty: for the first time a methodological approach to the study of economic development of territorial communities based on the promotion of global economic activities is elaborated, conceptual framework for stimulating the development of tourism and recreation in local communities in modern challenges is formed, a model of organizational and economic mechanism to increase the efficiency of tourism and recreation potential use at the regional level is proposed; modern methodological bases of research of potential of development of sphere of tourism and recreation in economy of territorial communities, tools of an estimation of tourist and recreational potential of regions which, unlike available, includes an estimation of attractiveness of tourist and recreational sphere of regions; analysis of the contribution of the tourist and recreational sphere to the economy of the regions; identification of the importance of factors influencing the formation and capacity building of the tourist and recreational sphere of regions, methodological approaches to the integrated assessment of the attractiveness of the tourist and recreational sphere of regions, scientific provisions for determining the role of the tourist and recreational sphere in strengthening the community economy, uniting the efforts of community residents for their development are improved.
