Telezhkina O. The language of Ukrainian poetry of the second half of the XX – beginning of the XXI century: phonetic, lexico-grammatical and lexicographic reception.

The dissertation is the first multi-leveled research of the Ukrainian language of poetry in the second half of the XX – early XXI century. It considers the views on poetic language as a unique phenomenon in foreign and native linguistics, as well as provides theoretical generalisations for understanding poetic language as a system and the definition of the concept: "poetic language is a complex functional system based on native language renewal and organisation under the influence of internal and external factors and translates aesthetically rich meanings"; it has attempted to depict the means of phonetic and lexical-grammatical organisation of the poetic text: figures of syntactic repetition (anaphora, epiphora, simplok, epistrophe), figures of movement (inversion, chiasm), figures of storing and means of sound recording (assonance, alliteration, tautogram, equiphony, metaphony, sound imitation, paronymic attraction; sounds as elements of language play); it has beencharacterised in detail such stylistic figures as anadiplosis, prosapodosis, polyptoton, annomination and homeothelium which have not been analysed in the works of Ukrainian researchers by now. In addition, there are reasoned proposals for the lexicographic interpretation of the language in poetic works (the concept of creating a dictionary of nouns in the poetic language of Vasyl Mysyk (based on the collection "Chornotrop"), frequency-used dictionary of word in the poetic collection of Vasyl Borovy "The Red Sun of Caercan", Dmytro Pavlychko's Thesaurus of Poetic Language, Leonid Talalai's Dictionary of Phitonomenspin Poetic Language, Vasyl Herasymyuk's Dictionary of Propritives "Mortals in Music", Dictionary of Stylistics Repeatitions and Dictionery of Expressive Means of Ukrainian Poetry of the 1960s) that will become the important stage in author's poetic lexicography development.
