Essay

The thesis is devoted to the problem of improving the quality of profes-sional training of education managers for reflective management. The conduct-ed historical and logical analysis of professional training of education managers in higher education institutions showed the need to update the content by re-flecting the latest and promising areas of management activity, as well as real professional activity to master its latest methods. On the basis of the analysis, the concept of the direction of self-organization of the applicant for the second level of higher education, the concept of creating a reflexive educational envi-ronment, the author's model of reflexive management of an educational institu-tion, and the model for the development of reflexive culture were theoretically substantiated and developed. Reflexive culture is the main indicator of the edu-cation manager's readiness for reflexive management. All these concepts are built through the integration of personality-oriented, competence-based, cultur-al, synergetic, reflective approaches. They determine the possibilities of meth-odological approaches in solving the problem of providing vocational training. The concept of the direction of self-organization helps to form the ability of self-development, the ability to be ready to use their potential in practice. For its implementation, it is necessary to create a special environment for reflection. This environment gives rise to problem situations. They are objective. The en-vironment can make them subjective and this will cause the applicant to solve problem situations. Experimental testing has confirmed the effectiveness of the developed model of training education managers for reflexive management.
