Kameneva N. Agrotechnological bases of increase of productivity and quality of grapes in the conditions of the Southern Steppe of Ukraine

The object of research - grape plants (Vitis vinifera L.), drugs - trace elements, microfertilizers, growth regulators, biologically active substances. The purpose of research is to develop, theoretically substantiate and implement elements of the strategy of sustainable viticulture of Ukraine on the basis of activation of physiological and biochemical processes and increase of nonspecific resistance of grape plant to biotic and abiotic factors. Research methods - field; laboratory; biochemical; organoleptic; mathematical and statistical. Research results - For theory: For the first time: a set of measures for activation of physiological and biochemical processes of grape plants as a component of ensuring sustainable viticulture of Ukraine through the use of biologically active drugs is substantiated and proposed; the mechanism of anti-stress effect of the proposed complex as an element of the system of antioxidant protection of plants is substantiated; the influence of the offered complex of measures of activation of physiological and biochemical processes on organoleptic indicators of wine production with application of a technique of the sensory analysis is established. For practice: Agricultural production is recommended a set of drugs based on biologically active substances (trace elements, growth regulators, etc.), taking into account the varietal composition of plantations and the peculiarities of agro-climatic factors. Scope - agricultural enterprises of the southern region of Ukraine.
