Object of research - Features of growth, development, water consumption, formation of yield and quality of medicinal raw materials of sage depending on fertilizer, tillage, sowing dates and row spacing. The purpose of research is to develop and improve technological measures for growing high and quality yields of sage under drip irrigation, taking into account the ecological and reclamation properties of dark chestnut soil, water consumption, yield and quality of medicinal raw materials depending on weather conditions, fertilization system, depth of main tillage. sowing dates and row spacing in conditions of insufficient natural moisture of the southern steppe of Ukraine. Research methods - field and laboratory; mathematical and statistical; settlement and comparative. Research results - For theory: For the first time, the theoretical provisions and practical recommendations for increasing the productivity of nutmeg through the development of new and improvement of existing agricultural measures are comprehensively substantiated. Under the conditions of drip irrigation, the dynamics of water and nutrient regimes of the soil is established, the influence of natural and anthropogenic factors on the growth and development of the studied crop, the formation of yield and quality of medicinal raw materials is determined. For practice: Developed and recommended for production new and improved existing technological measures for growing sage with the use of drip irrigation, covering fertilizers, depth of basic tillage, sowing dates and row spacing. Scope - agricultural enterprises of southern Ukraine.
