Boyko O. Theoretical and methodical bases of formation of leadership competence of future officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the process of professional training.

The dissertation provides a theoretical generalization and offers a solution to the scientific problem of substantiating the theoretical and methodological foundations of the formation of leadership competence of future officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the process of training. Leadership competence of future officers is represented in the dissertation as an integrated component of their military-professional competence, an integral characteristic of their professional ability and readiness to conduct professional activities as a true leader in a military unit (combat-effective team), according to professional qualifications based on the system of military, professional and leadership knowledge, skills, abilities, experience of leadership behavior and professional activity, practical and emotional intelligence, a set of formed leadership values, motivation, standards, attitudes, qualities and corporate culture. In accordance with the purpose and objectives, the study was carried out in four stages. Experimental data is published, as well as to bring the legitimacy of conclusions to the effectiveness of the methodical foundations. The results of the dissertation are in the field of the initial-military processes in which the professional training of the potential officers of the Ukrainian Defense Forces is in progress.
