Essay

For the first time the concept of professional training of the future practical psychologists at the institutions higher education has been developed, which is based on systemic, synergetic, thesaurus, complex, humanistic, personality-oriented, activity, praxeological, axiological, acmeological approach, foreign and domestic experience of professional training of the future practical psychologists in the conditions of modern paradigm and taking into account the world trends in higher psychological education. The system and its structural-functional model of professional training of the future practical psychologists in higher education institutions, which covers target, methodological-conceptual, theoretical-semantic, activity-procedural, result-evaluation blocks, have been scientifically substantiated, experimentally tested and implemented. The model reflects the system of specific organization of the process of higher psychological education using classical, innovative, interactive pedagogical technologies, the central part of which are the principles, methodological approaches, author’s methods and expected results that ensure the formation of professional competence of future practical psychologists in higher education institutions. The pedagogical conditions of professional training of the future practical psychologists in higher education institutions (realization of axiomatic aspects of professional training of the future practical psychologists; creation of mechanisms of stimulation of innovative behaviour and creative activity of the future practical psychologists in scientific-innovative environment of higher education institutions; providing practice-oriented nature of professional training of the future practical psychologists in higher education institutions; activation of professional and creative potential of students-psychologists by technologization of professional training) have been defined and realized. It was improved: theoretical and methodological foundations of the innovative approach to building the content of higher psychological education, focused on the formation of creative activity of the future practical psychologists as subjects of professional education and professional activity, able to form their own professional knowledge and experience, organize them in the structure adequate to solve professional tasks, to implement individual style of activity. The bank of teaching methods in higher psychological education with the use of classical, innovative, interactive technologies (problem lecture, brainstorming method, seminar discussion, lecture-visualization, business game, case-study method with video and audio technologies, group supervision, counselling under supervision, professional Incubator, individual meetings with the mentor, written reflection) has been supplemented. Theoretical principles of professional pedagogy as for the modernization of the content of higher psychological education have been further developed; methodological bases of professional training of the future practical psychologists in higher education institutions; the problem of increasing the effectiveness of the formation of professional competence of the future practical psychologists through a set of purposeful pedagogical actions that provide conditions for professional development of the individual in order to find the most independent solution to professional problems of any level of complexity with minimal teacher participation; observation of professional and personal development, supervision, joint activities, partnership.
