Kapinus A. Theoretical and methodical bases of formation of professional subjectivity of future officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The dissertation investigates the theoretical and methodological bases of formation of professional subjectivity of future officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the process of professional training. The essence structure and fun ctions of the concept «professional subjectivity of the future officer » are defined; the concept and methodological approaches to its formation are substantiated. The professional subjectivity of the future officer is represented in the dissertation as an integrative, professionally important quality, which is based on positive self knowledge, reflection, self-reflection of the cadet, recognition of active, actively transforming purposeful opportunities for self -actualization and self-actualization in his professional sphere. Activities in military units in accordance with external (according to the requirements of formalized documents) and internal criteria of effectiveness and expediency in situations that provide some freedom of choice and responsibility for the results of their activities as a subject of military management. Formed professional subjectivity is the highest form of regulation of military-professional activity and an important prerequisite for personal-professional self-actualization of an officer of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which ensures consistency of personal needs, abilities, expectations in accordance with conditions and requirements of military-professional activity. The results of the dissertation research have been introduced into the practice of higher military educational institutions of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, where the training of future officers is carried out.
