The object of research is the technology of mixed mode transportations of bulk cargoes with fleet included. The research was carried out using the set theory, temporal logic, probability theory and mathematical statistics, methods of correlation and regression analysis, statistical modeling, linear programming methods, game theory, decision theory. As a result of the research the actual scientific and applied problem of increasing the efficiency of functioning of international bulk cargo delivery systems due to the development of theoretical and methodological provisions for the organization and management of the fleet of irregular shipping in the systems of mixed mode transportations of bulk cargoes is solved. The scope of the dissertation results is the organization of mixed mode transportations of bulk cargoes with fleet included.
