Dudnyk S. Substantiation of an innovative system of medical-social care for children up to 5 years in Ukraine

The dissertation solves an important scientific and practical problem - substantiated and developed an innovative system of medical and social care for children under 5 in Ukraine, aimed at reducing mortality of children of this age, 5 levels of which (government, sectoral, intersectoral, local / community, family), have a number of innovative structural and organizational elements and provide accessibility, complexity, stages, continuity, quality of medical care for children. The system was developed taking into account the data of comprehensive analysis of mortality, morbidity, organization of medical care, sociological research, based on the identified hidden risks of increasing mortality of children under 5 years of age, which may be embedded in certain components of medical care for children. The methodology of complex assessment of the state of perinatal care with the subsequent approbation at the national level is substantiated and developed. It is proved that the introduction of an innovative system will increase the medical, social and economic efficiency of health care for children under 5 years of age, including reproductive health in Ukraine.
