Essay

The thesis is dedicated to identifying the essential features of the process of shaping, evolution and prospects of bilateral relationship between Ukraine and Canada. It is substantiated that among researchers of bilateral relations a consensus regarding their most important features that determine the vectors of development of the system of international relations has been formed: features of the structural series, which indicate quantitative and qualitative changes in the aggregate of political actors; signs of the systemic series, which indicate the relationship between order and chaos in the system of international relations; signs of the environment in which the system of international relations is functioning (globalization, technologization and informatization), signs of a social series reflected in the trends of renewal of social space (demography, ecology, human rights).
