Dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Technical Sciences in specialty 05.23.08 – technology and organization of industrial and civil construction. – Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture. – Kiev, 2021. The dissertation is devoted to the introduction and substantiation of innovative adaptive methodology and applied tools of construction organization, organizational-technological and administrative development for the implementation of large-scale construction projects (LSCDP) through the format of a special development company (SDC). The structure of SDC as a temporary development company and the system of secondary development, which has within the LSCDP cycle to implement special functions: coordination and administrative-regulatory function, which is to ensure communication and institutional-organizational design of relations between institutional participants and project executors in the form of projects, and a functioning project administration directorate; preventive-analytical function, directs the development system and organizational structure of LSCDP management to the early inspection of the impact of the processes of external and internal microenvironment of implementation for early prevention of threats to the LSCDP cycle; management of logistics, preparation and construction processes – transformation of resources of the customer and his institutional partners into intermediate and finished products of the project. An adaptive methodology and tools for organizational and technological development of the LSCDP cycle and its administration by a temporary development company have been developed. On the basis of step-by-step modeling, scenario-simulation and stochastic adjustment, subsequent multicriteria evaluation (according to 4 criteria) of the toolkit subsystem determine the final index-priority of one alternative to the organization of the LSCDP cycle over another – thus the toolkit provides rational coordination of requirements investors and SDC) on technological, functional and cost characteristics of the LSCDP cycle, in which the organization of construction is the most complex in terms of functional and technical content, and the preparatory phase (including the formation of an effective organizational structure of administration) is most responsible for the targeted use of resources, with preset settings. The results of the study were transformed into a system of application software modules «BIM-modules of construction organization for LSCDP». This set of programs (as a result of its implementation in the practice of construction), creates appropriate to the modern needs of the construction market and the system of construction development scientific and applied tool for training, organizational and technological, content-functional and administrative support of the LSCDP cycle.
