Essay

Theoretical and methodological approaches to understanding the problem of interpersonal interaction are generalized. The conceptual model of psychological bases of interpersonal interaction is constructed. A set of methods focused on the purposeful study of interpersonal interaction has been developed, which allows to reveal the peculiarities of the levels of its manifestation, their stylistic differences taking into account the component determination. It is proved that the style of interpersonal interaction is determined by a certain ratio of interconnected personality traits, variations of which are caused by the diversity of behavioral manifestations of its participants.
