Essay

Object of research - the processes of growth and development and formation of stevia productivity depending on weather conditions, varietal characteristics and elements of cultivation technology; physiological-ontogenetic process of formation and realization of the potential of cultivars depending on the action of the studied factors. The purpose of the work is to theoretically substantiate and develop agrobiological bases of intensification of stevia cultivation technology in the Forest-Steppe and Steppe zones of Ukraine by improving agro-technical factors that ensure maximum realization of biological potential of new generation stevia varieties. Research methods: field, laboratory, measuring and visual, measuring and weighing, calculation-comparative, mathematical and statistical. For the conditions of the Forest-Steppe and Steppe of Ukraine the problems of increasing the yield of stevia by theoretically substantiating the growth, development and productivity of plants depending on breeding methods, fertilizer level, water regime, weather conditions of the growing season and other elements of cultivation technology are theoretically generalized and scientifically substantiated. Regularities of formation of indicators of productivity and quality of a crop of stevia depending on agrotechnological receptions of cultivation are established. The basic elements of technology of cultivation of stevia are improved: terms of sowing and planting, norms of sowing and stimulation of seeds; criteria for selection of varieties and hybrids of stevia for the method of reproduction. Scientific bases of the fertilizer system with the involvement of organic and nanofertilizers, as well as resource-saving technology of stevia cultivation have been developed. The field of application is agricultural production and processing and food industry.
