Martovytska O. Theoretical and applied problems of the institute of professional legal assistance in the criminal process of Ukraine

The author of the dissertation has presented a theoretical generalization and a new solution to the scientific problem, which is manifested in obtaining new results in the form of scientific conclusions on theoretical and applied problems of the institute of professional legal assistance in the criminal process of Ukraine. It has been established that the scientific research of the institute of professional legal assistance in the criminal process of Ukraine is characterized by the use of general scientific methods, including empirical research, theoretical knowledge and general research methods. It has been emphasized that the right to legal aid is a constitutionally enshrined, and therefore guaranteed, right, which in itself is an integral principle of procedural activity in our state.
