Essay

The author of the thesis substantiated the concept and developed a system of developing personal and professional maturity in a future teacher in the educational environment of the pedagogical university. The essence of personal and professional maturity of the future teacher is a complex integral formation, which determines the ability to self-regulate behavior and professional activity on the basis of subjective qualities and self-developed personal and professional position. It is found that the personal and professional maturity of the future teacher is a systemic formation, characterized by structure (complex of components and relationships between them), functions (integrated methods of detection – self-determination, self-organization, self-regulation, self-determination, self-expression, self-development, self-improvement) and properties (multiplicity, integration, integrity, dynamism, incompleteness and heterochrony of development).
